Becoming authentically YOU coaching Package : 10 coaching sessions.

These sessions are virtual using ZOOM. These are weekly sessions typically 50 minutes in duration over a 12-week period. A 10 coaching session package is £950.

One off coaching sessions may continue paid on an hourly rate.

Career coaching package : 6 coaching sessions.

These sessions are virtual using ZOOM. These are weekly sessions typically 50 minutes in duration over a 10-week period. These can be extended. A 6 coaching session package is £570.

One off coaching sessions may continue paid on an hourly rate.

How would this style of coaching help you?

If you have any of the following discomfort in your life, then this may be the style of coaching for you

  1. Insecure attachment: keep attracting the same partner into your life and it hurts!
  2. You people please and deplete yourself of your energy. You are always in your head, find yourself overthinking and ruminating!
  3. You are a regular on the Drama triangle! Either the role of perpetrator, victim or rescuer, or all 3!
  4. You try to think your way to change (cognition) and these tools are not working on breaking your habits, rules, patterns and ultimately beliefs.
  5. You are sensitive to criticism, you assume, you personalise and feel stuck in your life.
