Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life

Passion will move men beyond themselves, beyond their shortcomings, beyond their failures.
Joseph Campbell
I chose a career in Human Resources by default. Solving people problems was a super-power of mine from school age. I’ve always helped others be their best self & through this, I have grown throughout my career. I enjoy finding people solutions with integrity and fairness that support commercial goals.
I have worked in multiple industries, including small start-ups, public sector and global private sector companies within Human Resources (HR). My passion is coaching and mentoring others to be their best selves at work. Through being coached, I concluded that I didn’t need to climb the corporate ladder to consider myself successful. It was far more important to enjoy and love what I do. What peace can with this realisation.
Instead, I know my strengths and my development areas, what I like and do not like doing, and I am satisfied & accepting of where I am at in my career. Wow, that is an awesome feeling!
I have a particular interest in coaching Women in HR to be their best selves at work. I led the development of our Womens Network over 3 years ago & it is now very successful. I have 3 decades in HR where I have mastered coaching of others & running developmental programmes, that equip employees to be their best selves and overcome their own limiting beliefs.

Through a tailored program, of 6 sessions held over 10 weeks, I will coach you through the following in our time together to enable you to feel more freedom and in turn, be more authentically you!
